Many thanks for purchasing a Crivit product.

Prior to using your Crivit product, please read the included

documentation and/or online help carefully. Should you encounter

any problem that cannot be solved by reading the documentation,

please contact our Hotline.

If the problem cannot be solved over the phone, you will receive a

Return Material Authorization Number (RMA) that you should attach

to the device, together with a copy of the proof of purchase. After you

have packed the device securely, send it with the RMA marked on

the outside of the package to the address obtained from our Hotline

operators for warranty repair. After receiving the device, we will

repair any manufacture or hardware faults free of charge.

Your warranty rights against the reseller are valid in addition to this
