 Select the USER SETTING menu option by using the (4) or (6)

button. Then press the OK button (5).

 Select the SET SYSTEM menu option by using the (4) or (6)

button. Then press the OK button (5).

 Select the LANGUAGE menu option by using the (4) or (6)

button. Then press the OK button (5).

 A small window will open where you can use the (4) or (6) button

to select the desired language. Then press the OK button (5).

 All menus will display in the selected language immediately, and

you will be returned to the main menu.

Setting the Time

The time will synchronise automatically from the GPS signal. You

only need to make sure that you have selected the proper time zone.

Proceed as follows:

 Power the watch on by pressing and holding the (2) button for

approx. 2 seconds. A sound will confirm that the watch has been

powered on.

 Press the PG button (3) as many times as necessary to display

the MAIN MENU.

 Select the CONFIGURATION menu option by using the (4) or

(6) button. Then press the OK button (5).

 Select the USER SETTING menu option by using the (4) or (6)

button. Then press the OK button (5).

 Select the SETUP TIME menu option by using the (4) or (6)

button. Then press the OK button (5).

 In the following menu you can set your time zone, daylight

saving and the time display format.

 Press (4) or (6) to move the highlight to the desired option and

press OK (5) to confirm.
