 Then select the desired option by using the (4) or (6) button.

menu top level.

The Breast Belt

The breast belt lets you determine your heart rate. The belt has two

sensors.

The breast belt must be tied around your chest and have contact

with your skin. In order to optimise the contact, you can moisten the

sensors slightly.
